Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship to locations within the United States and Canada. Most orders are shipped UPS Ground Service. Be sure to select an appropriate shipping method based on your expected arrival date and expedited shipping service needs on the shipping screen during checkout.

All samples shipping within the United States will be mailed via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) - Post Office First Class Mail. All samples shipping within Canada will be sent Post Office Air Mail.

Shipping carriers have removed any and all shipping timeframe guarantees. Please try and order early to avoid any unexpected delays.

How long does shipping take?

Allow 2-3 days for production time and an additional 2-7 days for delivery time.

Production Time

Most wedding invitations, stationery, anniversary products, baby products, greeting cards, and special occasion invitations will be printed within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. There may be delays during our peak Wedding and Holiday seasons.

How do I track my order?

You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been processed.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Due to the nature of custom print, returns and exchanges are not allowed. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your concern.
